As 2011 fades away and the indulgences of Christmas begin to manifest as extra pounds around our waists spare a thought for the homeless. In 2012 make a resolution to give a few pounds to a charity and help someone’s life, spare your change not on a coffee but a copy of the Big Issue , think of others plight not your own selfish desires, and make the world a better place by being a beacon of light in the darkness.
