All of us have various Guides and helpers throughout our lives that aid us often without us being aware of their presence.

To connect with your guide sit in a quiet place, and relax, breath deeply through your nostrils as you let go of your everyday probems imagine your entire body bathed in the colour Purple (Purple is the colour of healing and associated with the throat chakra)

As you breath slowly in and out mentally ask your guides and helpers to draw close to you.

As you do this you may be away of a slight sensation of heat, or the hairs on your head and arms may stand up as if by static electricity, you may feel a tingling sensation on your scalp, do not be afraid these are just signs that your guides are drawing close to you and interacting with your Aura.

Ask the guide to give you his/her name or show you what they look like. You may receive a mental impression of a face or a name, or depending on your degree of Psychic ability you may actually hear a voice.

Ask your guide for help with healing either for yourself or someone you know, focus on your health issue or that of someone you know and mentally or physically ask the spiritual healing guide to help and rest assured they will.

After your meditation thank your guide and mentally close down your Psychic centres by imagining them as petals of a flower that are closing slowly, ground yourself by having a glass of water or a biscuit.
