I have done a bit of absent healing, sending out healing energy to those who need it, and a lot of study and meditation. When my energy levels drop I find nothing better to re-charge them than a walk ion the woods, getting close to nature lifts the spirit and inspires the soul.

My son got married recently to the love of his life, a fantastic day, with various family’s coming together in love and happiness , I didn’t lose a son but gained a daughter! and made new friends. Family is so important.

A shoulder to cry on , a listening ear, or a few well chosen words can.often bring comfort and help the healing process. Never underestimate the power of words – God said ” let there be light ” and there was light. A great mystery is concealed in that phrase, words vibrate at different levels and affect the chakras and aura, chant ” Om” for a few minutes and notice how it changes how you feel, by using and projecting words. Of power focused on someone in need you send forth a powerful being current to the person that will have a beneficial effect on there well being .
